A: You are welcome to update your profile on the account information page any time.
Q: I was attempting to write a letter to one of your ladies. I put in all of the requested info, each
time I hit send the screen goes blank and nothing happens. Is there a problem with your system?
A: Most like this happens if your Internet provide is using a proxy server.
Try logging in with a different provider.
Q: Would you please send to me the address of Lyudmila because I lost it and she is not anymore on your list.
A: You are welcome to recall addresses you already ordered on the account
information page any time. US clients can not recall addresses ordered before March 2006 though.
Q: I have been trying to upload the photos, but they won't go through. Can you help?
A: Since we have a 100 limit for a photo, the images have to be resized. You are welcome to send them to
care@match-ru.com to have this done and uploaded to your photo manager.
Q: What does it mean when the lady has Introduction credits? Does it have anything to do with correspondence?
A: Introduction credits mean the sum of money our local affiliate will charge you when you come to this lady's home city and want the agency to arrange meeting with this lady. If lady's "introduction credit" equals "0", this means a client will have a meeting with this lady organized free of charge. If it is 3, the cost of arranging meeting will be Euro15.
It has nothing to do with correspondence.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Read about the services we provide.
Use the search page to find the ladies you are seeking and
search engine. Write them using our translation& mail-forwarding services order their contact details and get a possibility to set a direct contact after the 1st letter.
We list at the ladies profiles which contact information is available - "address" or "address, phone" or "address, phone, email".
From then on, it's up to you. If you wish to meet any of the ladies you write to, we can arrange
a personal tour when you get to that stage. You can also begin from tour if you wish.
Q: How long does an average response from a woman take. Do you use e-mail
services or is everything postal? How shall I expect my response, through
the mail?
A: The average reply time is about a week or so. When the reply is available
(gets to the agency office), it is translated if ordered, processed and
forwarded to the client within 24 hrs (unless it is a weekend). You get it
to your email, so there is no need to log on the website to get it .
The letters are sent and received from/to ladies by local mail service in
the city. Sometimes ladies prefer to pick the letters from the office and
bring if they live or work nearby. We can send it by email if a lady has it,
but only in addition to a postal letter. As for replies, they are received
personally or by postal mail as we keep all hand-written originals and
provide scans of them to a client on request.

Q: Do I need a visa for Belarus?
A: For almost all the countries in the former USSR, you must arrange a visa
with their embassy in your country. You usually require a formal letter of invitation from a tourist company, and to have booked
