Using our email forwarding service will save you months of time in communicating
with women on our website who haven't got email address.
Automated mail-forwarding.
You may send a letter using "Send me a letter" button on the profile page of a woman you want to get n touch.
Every time you send a letter the server will deduct the charges from your mail-forwarding account and send the receipt to you.
When the account is low or empty server will ask you to pay for the letter.
To avoid i-transact procedure for each letter, you can place in any time whatever
funds that you would like to replenish the account with.
Use this page or services page to place money to your mail-forwarding account.
If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance (if any) to you
to be used for any of our other services.
Your letter is immediately forwarded by email to
the appropriate FSU office..
Our agent then prints your letter and photo
(if you included one) and puts it in an envelope and sends the letter to its final destination by one of 3 means of delivery:
1. Regular mail service - when a letter is sent by a regular mail and a postman drops it down to the lady's mail box.
With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as
little as 3-5 days (if she replies quickly). The cost of the service is $5 for a letter up to 2 pages in length and each additional page is $2 more.
Regular postal mail will take a
minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.
2. Another delivery option is sending a letter by Registered mail service. The cost is only $1 more.
This is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly that we know of.
UPS and FedX have 2 day delivery but it will cost you from $45-$75 for this!!
The U.S. postal service has International Express mail but the cost is $18 to
most countries and it takes 3-5 days.
3. We lately introduced a new advanced absolutely secure and fast way of the letter delivery -
Hand Delivery Service. You may be 100% sure that the lady will
receive your letter and no drawbacks of
local postal service or broken mailboxes will prevent your loved one from getting it.
Your letter will be delivered with a courier to her home or work place. It is done the same day
you send the letter or the next day depending how soon the lady can accept it. A scan of receipt
signed by the lady is mailed to you immediately after the delivery is performed for no additional
cost. If a lady is out of the city right this time, we inform you and deliver the letter as soon as she comes back.
The total cost of the service is $12.
How to send photos
If you want to send photos with your letters, they have to be in jpg format and no larger than 100kb.
To attach a photo to your letter, you should upload it into your account or photo manager at first.
It will be stored in it which enables you to attach it to every letter you send using our Email forwarding Service.
You can also remove the photos that you do not wish to send.
You can choose to have your photo printed in color or in black and white as the price will vary from $4 to $2 for a photo accordingly.
To load a photo press "Send Me A Letter" button on the lady's profile page.
At the top of the page there is "Add/Remove Photos" button. Click on the button and you will be taken
to the Photo Manager page. Here you can add up to 6 photos to your account.
To add a photo click on "Browse" and search your computer for a photo to include.
Select the photo from your computer, then click on "Continue with Photos" and your photos will appear on
the next page.
Please keep file names of photos short with no gaps, e.g. 'tom1.jpg' and NOT 'Tom 1.jpg' and try to keep the size of the photo under 100k.
If your photo did not appear and there is a blank box where your photo should be, tick the box "Delete this One".
and click on "Continue with Photos" and try again.
Once you are done, your photos are stored in your personal Photo Manager.
To send a photo click on "Quit Photos and Continue Sending Your Letter". You will then return to the
letter composing page. Paste your letter, flag necessary boxed and click "Continue" button ONCE and on the next page you will see your letter and photo(s).
You have the option to remove photos or add photos again. If you are happy with your order, click "Continue" ONCE again.
Translation service
If you would like to have your letter translated
from Russian to English, or English (recommended for letters with language ability below "4")
to Russian, we can do so for a cost of $10.00 per typed page with a one page minimum
(650 words per page), additional words are 2 cents each. Most services
are charging 5 cents per word which is more than $35 for an average one page
letter! The reason we are able to do it cheaper is because your letter is sent
to Russia where the actual translation takes place.
Getting a reply
After the woman receives your letter
she can send you an email letter as a reply using the same procedure in reverse and your mail account. The letter then is forwarded to your
personal email and the charges are billed to your mail account. Alternatively she can write to your home address by regular postal mail or send an e-mail if she has such a possibility.
By leaving an appropriate box flagged you may wish to receive a scan of a lady's hand written letter for free.
Sending a multiple letter
You can save up on translation costs sending the same introduction letter to several ladies from our data base.
Using our discounts on bulk purchase of addresses and having your intro letter translated ONCE brings down your mail forwarding expenses considerably.
Any individual letter to a lady with one color photo sent by regular mail would cost $24, which makes $240 for letters to 10 ladies.
Whereas Multiple letter service cuts the price down to $150 for the same amount of letters.
This NON-AUTOMATED PROCEDURE is as follows:
1. Send your letter to
care@match-ru.com. Don't use "Send me a letter" button at women's profiles then.
ATTENTION!You also can forward your letter to
care@match-ru.com if you have any problems with our automated mail-forwarding system.
2. Please, provide us with all instructions, if you want to have your letter
translated, your pictures printed in color or b/w, use regular, registered mail service or hand delivery and if you permit to the lady to use your
mail-forwarding account for replies via our automatic mail forwarding service.
3. Please note that if you are sending identical multiple letters to different women, you can send your letter
only once to any woman “on your list”.
Our mail-forwarding service is available for any address in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and Bulgaria.
We will deliver and translate letters to any woman that you would
like to write to even if she is from another marriage agency. If your lady is not at our server

with all needed instructions.
Mail forwarding fees
Dear Gentlemen, since our services are free for ladies the mail forwarding fees for both incoming and outgoing letters are payable to our men-clients.
The fees are as follows:
Sending a letter by standard mail - $5
Sending a letter by registered mail service - $6
Translation (up to 650 words) - $10 with 2 cents for every additional word.
Sending a color photo - $4
Sending b/w photo - $2
Getting either color or b/w photo from the lady - $2 (when a lady sends a photo, this involves scanning a photo instead of printing one,
which is somewhat cheaper).
Follow up procedure
If a lady doesn't answer in 10 days, we can contact her by phone to find out the reason.
We have a strict policy for letters processing: Our agents can not for any reason write a letter,
change a letter or otherwise misrepresent the contents of a letter or an application. They must
keep the original of the letters and filled applications. Some agencies have been removed from our
network for violations but the rest know about it and follow our procedures. We are here for the long run,
and do not tolerate dishonestly, questionable practices or other fraudulent activities.
We never try to prevent exchage of personal contact information between our men and women clients,
like real addresses or email or phone numbers. The man's contact information are given to the
lady with his letter even if it was not written in the letter. Our clients have the right to use
a manner of communication they wish. We don't force to use the agency services by any means.
! Please be advised that you must purchase (or retrieve as a member) a lady's address to be able to send letters to her.
Mail forwarding is a value added service for clients who have the address of a lady but wish to benifit from increased
speed or use of a translator. We think it is against the priciples of good business ethics to offer a service of
correspondence where the man pays for email forwarding but does not get the address of the lady.
