Pricing:
Personal tours are priced at $125.00 per day for all cities except Kiev which is $150.00 per day.
There is a 5 day minimum stay for each city that you visit.
A deposit of $45.00 per day is required to be paid a minimum of 30 days in advance. All deposits are non-refundable.

What the tour includes:
Invitation letter.
Embassies of countries require an invitation letter before you can get an actual tourist or business travel visa.
As soon as a deposit is placed, your international marriage broker will provide you a questionnaire necessary for issuing an invitation letter. The invitation letter is then emailed back to you for applying to the embassy office in your country.
It is worth applying for a visa in 30-45 before the departure date.
Please note current updates on the visa regime to Ukraine.
Airport or train pickup and drop-off.
Our staff will meet you at the airport or train station you are arriving at and shuttle to the pkace you are staying. If a lady you a coming to see would like to meet you at the airport, we gladly pick her up and meet you together. The drive back is provided in the departure day as well.
Pickup and drop-off is available 7 days a week.
Please note that if the city you are coming to has no international airport and there is a considerable distance, we may charge for the transfer additionally.

Private Accommodation.
The accommodation we provide is normally a fully furnished western style private apartment in or close to the center of the city and by the agency office.
We rarely offer hotels as in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus they most often do not respond the quality standard your International marriage broker aims at.
Unless it is a 5 start hotel of course.
Our staff will assist in housekeeping, shopping & laundry and do heir best to make your stay comfortable and worry free.
25 ladies' addresses and sending your translated introduction letter and a photo to these ladies.
As part of your tour package you will receive the addresses of 25 ladies
of your choice from our website for EACH city that you visit. Our normal cost for 25 addresses is $125.00 and the mail
fees fees to 25 ladies would make $360 but this is included FREE with your paid deposit.
! Please note that the reply fees are not included.
Arranging meetings with the ladies on our website.
Your personal secretary will pre-schedule and later arrange meetings with the ladies you
choose form our catalogue. Normally 99% of our ladies-clients look forward to meetings in their home city.
We recommend you send an intro letter and a good photo of yourself (included) to the candidates you select to warm up the further
meetings. If some refuse to meet you, you will be welcome to select more ladies from the catalogues.
Information support before and during your visit.
Your international marriage broker will advice on the best arranging an introduction letter, give
travel tips, process your letter and generally be the source of the information you require and support you along the way.
Office use.
You will be welcome to use our local office for appointing meetings with lades, checking your email, getting consultations and information support and in general stay and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and communication.
Important notice
- the tour package does not include interpreting and drivers' service (except for the airport transfers).
These services are offered for a separate fee varying in different cities;
- no airfare in include either;
- once your invitation visa has been issued it cannot be changed without paying additional fees and a minimum of 30 days
notice is required to make ANY changes;
- if you miss or change the flight , please let us know immediately so that we can arrange meeting you
in accordance with the current changes.
Recommendations:
- we recommend that you confirm with us the travel dates before you book a flight. We require this as sometimes the
tour space sells our quite quickly;
- do not carry big amounts in cash. ATM machines are widely available, especially in big cities.
- check the weather in the city you are going to.
